2b. Coming from north Dromore Cul Rua or the back road from Villierstown:      

• Pass Cul Rua going in the direction opposite to Villierstown. (If you are coming from Cul Rua turn left out of the housing estate.)
  

• At the T junction turn right (past former Creamery).
  

• Take the next turn left (T junction).
  

• Follow this road to the end (T junction). This will get you to the main Youghal to Clonmel  road R671.
  

• Turn left onto the main road.
  

• After about 200m there is a white wall with a double entrance on your right.
  

• Take the left driveway, i.e. go over the cattle grid, i.e. the one with the childcare signs.

• Go all the way up the driveway, about 400m to the house.
